If the game does not appear on the mobile phone after the build, change it to "Screenspace-Camera" from the Canvas settings.

Why the effect can work on the scenes but when I run the particle effect the "UI Particle renderer" script will be unchecked on the inspector and not work.

Thanks for sharing. I did not understand a thing. You created the material but not used that and deleted it. Have I miss something?

In the design screen, the effect is visible behind the button, but not in the "game" screen. Why do you think it might be?

there is no "UI Particle Renderer" in my unity component, how can I add it.

Seems like it doesn't work with Texture Sheet Animation option ticked on the pfx system or is it just me?

That is not good idea, If you add a panel, all effects are left behind. cuz particle effect is dont use Rect transform :(
