I do the 1st and 3rd but not the 2nd. Lets not forget cleansing, double cleanse to get rid of sunscreen, foundation etc. My cousin drives and her skin is terrible with fine lines everywhere. She does not wear sunscreen. Astral cream is AMAZING for older skin, especially if it is crepey due to lack of hormones because of the menopause. I put it everywhere, my skin love the lanolin in it.

Hi guys, I've been using the GG retinal for more than 2 months but it doesn't seem to do anything for me... For example I see much better results with copper peptides and the vit. C and turmeric serum from Sunday Riley - the skin looks much calmer and has more "clarity" to it the day after, while with the GG retinal I don't see anything. I was thinking of trying another retinal product, maybe Medik8? I also tried a mini from Allies of Skin and didn't really liked it...

Exactly. I wish more people knew this. Also drinking collagen peptide goes to the skin last & at that much doesn’t even get sent to your skin it goes to hair, nails, joints even bones 1st.
