Something I find very useful is the ‘Playback speed’ setting on videos. If I am having trouble hearing the words, I slow the video to 0·75× speed. I can then very quickly train my brain to recognise the words and be able to hear them at normal speed.

I watch ‘60 минут’ (political talk show) to improve Russian listening. I am a native polish speaker and understand almost everything they say.

In the first classes of Russian at the University, the teacher (originally from Russia) told us to listen to Russian Winnie Pooh, haha, not really the easiest resource for listening. Thank you Fedor, you help so much!

Also, I found vefy useful a place called Викисловарь, if I'm not sure where the stress of the word is or how the word even works grammatically, I go to there and check.

I always use songs for practive listening because it is short so I can go back many times in a small amount of time
