When u do pseudo pushups make sure to keep ur lean when u go up, i made the same mistake when i first started training them

Ok 2-8 are so close to the same strength needed. They all just look harder because they have a different position from the standard push up, and they feel harder because they use different muscles.

Been doing intense push-ups for I want to say 5 months now I have like 3 weeks on Level 9 that’s my max But DAYUM😳 10 Is Just another level But yeh Push-ups are underrated FO SHO Props to You Brotha🙏🏽✌🏽💪🏽

i used to do knuckle and one hand push ups. My abs were about to start appearing and bam. Lockdown.
