Yayyyy, a video for Bolin and Kirima ^.^

For those unaware, Kirima is the fandom-proclaimed name for the female portion of Korra's twin cousins. And, Bolin hasn't met her yet, so wooo!

But anyways, I finally threw this together real quick. A little regrettably, though, it was right after reading several things about artists not getting credit where credit is due and all that, hence the words and what not. I find it much too overpowering on most parts, now.

Thing is that I think it's very possible we will get development.We've seen that Bolin is too wimpy, and Eska is too possessive.These are character flaws that they will have to work on.

You've got to keep in mind that Eska/Desna were raised as prince/princess.They are likely very spoiled and used to getting their way.Ordering other people around is probably the only way they know in life.That gives them a goal for character development.

Yes, absolutely! I made this over a year ago, so I am completely on board with you. I will always love fanon Bolineska with the strength of a thousand suns, though.

BTW I know that the relationship being played exclusively for laughs so far can be annoying.But that doesn't make it dead.Just means that it is in the early stages of development.And besides one of Bolins main parts is to be the comic relief.Doesn't it make sense that his partner might also be used for comic relief?Does to me anyways.


And lets face it..if Bolin does get with Eska, there is no guarantee it will be finalized by the end of the season like Makorra was.

Oh, yeah, I mean I'm still definitely hoping they and their relationship will develop, and it's starting to seem again like it's going to. And that does make sense, I just personally don't like Bolin being relegated to the comic relief character constantly. But I totally get where you are coming from!

And definitely on that last point. The two could very possibly not be endgame, and even if they are we may not know for a season or two. So, I guess we'll all just have to wait and see :)

I like Bolin/Eska (I even made an AMV for them). but the double standards are out of control. Bolin's not a wimp, Eska's abusive. I hate that it is being played for laughs. This shipping will need a hell of a lot of development for me to want them back together.

Unless we get some serious character development from Eska and some for Bolin, no. Eska is abusive and it's being played off for laughs. I don't think the couple will be going anywhere anytime soon, sadly. :(
