This video is dedicated for those walk alone and try walking own path in life. The Hardest Thing in life is walking your own path. I believe we all have our own personal path in this life and it is our goal to find it. Walking your own path is not always easy and many times you will have many doubts. Those who walk alone know how hard it is sometimes walking on their own path with pressure from outside. Not knowing it is the right path or not. In the end you have listen to your own voice inside and listen to it.

Thank you, Patrick🙏You remind me that it is very important to hear your own voice and follow your heart. Sometimes it is very difficult to do that because as you said, lots of noise and opinions surround us.

Hi Patrick, great video to describe something I always struggle to describe myself. My question is off topic but have you had any experience with the medication concerta not working? I was taking 18mg last week and as told by my psychiatrist this week I should increase to 36mg. Last week (on 18mg) the first part of the week was great. I felt the benefits instantly. I could focus for longer, concentrate and even read more than a paragraph without being totally distracted or lost. However, this week as I have increased to 36mg it is as if the medication is doing nothing. I don’t feel any benefit at all. Only increased side effects such as dry mouth, less appetite and struggles with sleep. Do you know how this could be? Should I take a day off and have the medication again after that day and see if it is the same? I feel lost as the benefits I had were great and they seem to have dissipated so fast?
