I worry for all the people saying they learned how to sell from PBD. Lying and swindling and making the customer forget all about the product and buying the speech is dangerous. I've seen bs selling in 2 different IT companies and customers were constantly yelling at customer support, constantly putting pressure for changes in the product and some suing for breach of contract due to not actually receiving what was promised to them during sales process.
