🌟 Hatching Chickens from Grocery Store Eggs?! 🐣🐔

Ever wondered what it would be like to hatch baby chicks from store-bought eggs? Well, I did it! 😲 In this video, I take you on an unforgettable journey of incubating and hatching fertilized chicken eggs. From setting up the incubator, candling the eggs, to witnessing the magic of chicks pipping and cracking open their shells, this is an experience like no other!

I started off with grocery store eggs, but quickly learned they wouldn’t hatch (spoiler alert: they weren't fertilized 😅). Determined to experience the miracle of hatching baby chicks, I made the two-hour trip to the farm to get fertilized eggs. After 21 days of anticipation, the countdown began… and suddenly, tiny feet and beaks started emerging from the eggs! 🐣✨

The first time I saw a baby chicken hatch was absolutely magical! The process took hours, and I couldn’t tear myself away from watching as they cracked out of their shells, wobbled around, and started chirping! The incubator did its job, keeping the humidity and temperature just right, but nothing could prepare me for the joy of seeing those first chicks.

But not everything went smoothly. I had a few bumps along the way, including dealing with rotten eggs, a chick that needed extra care, and the heartache of losing one little one. 🥺 Despite the challenges, I learned so much about chicken care, raising baby chicks, and the natural cycle of life.

By the end of it all, we had about 12 healthy chicks and a whole lot of happy memories. While I had to return them to the farm where they would grow up to live their best life, I’ll forever be grateful for the experience of raising and bonding with these adorable chicks.

✨ If you’re curious about incubating eggs, chicken farming, or just want to see some cute baby chickens, make sure to watch till the end! You won’t want to miss the magic of egg hatching, chick care, and the joys of small-scale farming.

It's always a bizzare moment when you realise you thought everyone else knew something, but they didn't.
The unfertilised egg.
I thought everyone knew about chickens... but in reality I grew up hatching chickens so the topic was normal convo in my household.
Congrats chicken mumma

No offence but what made u thing u could incubate store bought eggs and the fact you didn’t know eggs had to be fertilise and it was female chickens. Is this suppose to be rage bait? This video really is stupid.

Eggs we get in store are from farms with ONLY hens. There are no rosters so you should never find a fertilized egg.

Time 0:41 - 1:33. She explains that store bought eggs aren't fertilized so she cannot hatch them from store bought eggs and has to buy from a farmer.
