Hi Rafael, thank you for your informative videos. My husband and I are planning a move to Europe, and we're hoping to buy a couple of modest properties, but in two different countries due to family and reciprocal pension reasons. We also have pets. Do you recommend using a broker to find the properties in instances where it would be impossible to view houses in person? Is there any company that you would suggest does this? Thankfully I am a EU citizen already, and my husband is just in the process of sorting out his. Are there any other things to consider as EU citizens that perhaps haven't been discussed?

So many videos cover visas and moving as an American to an EU country. I'm curious what differs if you have dual US/Italian or US/German citizenship and move to an EU country. No visa needed but what else is different?
