Poland was also dominated by Austria/Austria-Hungary. That was a much bigger “Austria”, back then, of course. Losing two World Wars tends to reduce the land you control.

But what for? Let's be sensible for a second and consider this, the moment any of these attack poland, all of nato will obliterate the aggressor and possibly even by nukes. It's just a waste of resources to pump out these equipment.
