This video is a compilation of 5 projects I built from free pallets that I found on the side of the road, Facebook Marketplace or received with deliveries. I sold 3 of these projects for a combined revenue of $3,110, and kept the other two for myself. I hope this compilation inspires you to turn trash into treasure and start woodworking!

WHAT IS THE BLUE TOOL YOUR USING REMOVING PALLET BOARDS?
I WANT ONE!!

I am a fellow wood worker as well and will fill you in on a little secret. The best virgin wood pallets you can use are free at furniture stores. Their wood is clean and usually a hard wood since they need strong wood for shipping their clean new furniture and rust free nails, you’re welcome!! Love the videos, keep’em coming.

I feel like I just binge watched a season on HGTV. Seriously, you deserve a your own show. The fabrication and lining up the sales would be so entertaining to watch and get people in to wanting to do the same. Can’t wait to see you on prime time one day!

Yucca 😂 Stumbled across this because my 17 year old has been dabbling in woodworking for about 3 years but wants to tackle some larger projects. When I saw the title I was intrigued, but the longer I watched the more excited I became because I actually have 4 sons and 3 daughters and they are all “makers” in their own way. I can envision my oldest son 3D printing jigs and templates and my 15 year old son pouring epoxy resin into table tops. My oldest daughter is a wood burning guru/artist. I’m showing this video tonight for family movie night to help get their creative juices flowing and further spark their entrepreneurial spirits.

The amount of knowledge i got even by your few mistakes or struggles with the steam bending is immeasurable. I instantly want to build a adjustable cylinder for a custom radius to counter the spring back. Man for real thank you very much. Im 23 and struggled with depression for 4 years. Channels like yours brought back my hobby and imner child. I moved from berlin back to country side and want to build everything i can getvmy hands on rn. I want to start working for a small container house for around 100 k. I will start to post my journey around next year. Wish you the best and keep up the hustle <3

I absolutely LOVE that you're doing this. A couple of tips so you can do this for a long time:
1) Take your watch off, wear masks, wear gloves, wear steel toe boots
2) Use a push block with your table saw. It's never a problem until it is. Most people would give this two thumbs up if they still had both.
3) Watch a video on proper table saw steps - I noticed you stand behind your saw directly with your body in full sight of the blade - this is a quick death / dismemberment. You want to stand to the side of your blade so that if there is kickback from your piece, it will fly UP (always) and miss your groin (death), your face (death), or your arm (Dismemberment).
4) Get yourself a foam featherboard by Bow. If you put this on your table saw, it will help keep pressure against your fence for straight edges and way less chance of kickback.

Blueberries. Pineapple. Yucca. My dad always used to have a woodworking project going on in our basement. As a kid I loved to go watch him work and smell the fresh-cut lumber. He never had any power tools, so everything was done with hand saws, planers, hammers, screw dirvers and sanding blocks. I get a wonderful sense of blissful nostalgia watching your videos. Thanks so much. Sending a grateful hug from British Columbia. Best of luck on your journey.

Yucca, first time watcher. I love how you left your mistakes and trials in the video. Makes it more relatable. I hope to do something like this one day, maybe when I retire, and spend it with someone I love. Congrats on your marriage.

Yucca - It was a really interesting set of videos to this 74 yr old woman. I built two small wood projects forty years ago, and we still use them both (breadbox and stool). I love your enthusiasm and seeing how you solve your problems. Thank you.

Yucca...So I started watching this video on a freezing cold January evening in Santa Fe, NM thinking I might make it through 5 minutes and here I am at the very end. You are an amazing artist, craftsman and teacher. I learned so much and am truly inspired. Watching your journey was time well spent. Thank you for sharing the good, bad and the ugly and I wish you and your beautiful wife all the very best. Warm Regards, Don Moya

I love this! My husband found a paint supplier that needs his pallets hauled off. Once a week he goes to pick up pallets in our ford explorer 😝 He fits about 9 or 10 and we’ve got a collection going. All for free! So far we’ve made a small chicken coop and we’re currently working on a fence. We are so blessed!

Blueberries-pineapple-yucca! Loved this video - I’m older (63) and disabled… prior to MS getting the best of me, I had always wanted to try my hand at woodworking. I am an artist and have a creative brain…. and I’ve subscribed so I can live vicariously through you and your projects. Keep creating! Great stuff!! 💜😊

damn instead of binging netflix now im binge watching wood workers build table tops on youtube.

I'm amazed how u can come up with such quality furnitures with such limited space. as a home woodworker/diy-er I always have problems finding space. The small planer u have seems like a good addition to my woodworking tools, imma try to find one like that as well!

Yucca.
I watched this video nonstop from Delhi man. I don't know why, but it was so easy to the eyes that time just flew by.
Congratulations to both of you for this new phase of life. I am pretty sure you both will have a great life going forward.
God bless guys.

I’m a retired dental hygienist and I used four pallets that I picked up free to make a hanging garden unfortunately pallets don’t work well outside in the California weather so one of them after a few years fell off the wall but the connections are still good I think I’m gonna repeat it but I’m gonna Revise it. A little bit pallets are wonderful and you work is amazing. It popped up on my YouTube when I couldn’t sleep and I was hooked. I spent couple hours watching your Construction and with envy since my hands are not working like they used to. I’m going to share your videos with my grandkids, you are amazing and I am the people that purchase your useful artwork. Online and that elevated Desk is absolutely gorgeous.

yucca - i've been into diy projects with pallets and reclaimed wood for many years now. have done a few designs for friends, a restaurant (my family's former one of 18 years) and mostly for home. all on a very limited selection of tools, but this has reminded me the need for a planer & tablesaw. guess i've enjoyed the challenge. but as i'm ready to embark on starting a side hustle of posting projects for sale, thanks for sharing your journey & transparency of different projects.
also, i rarely comment, and even rarer still write this long, but figured this long of a video deserved a proper comment.
from VA to where ever this finds you, cheers and hope you're enjoying your travels
