You work for 40yrs to have $400 - 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

Clayton Homes has GREAT floor plans and beautiful homes. Too bad their horrible reputation after the sale precedes itself. Horible, horrible Customer Service and sales tactics. I would NEVER but from them. Period!

Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

Hawthorne is very close to what I am looking for. Have a 5 acre property in SE, NM. Need to demolish an existing house & put foundation where that house is sitting right now. I have some minor modifications. Do you deliver in NM about 100 miles from west Texas. Size is perfect & I want one bedroom set up as a home office so need additional electric outlets & big enough for 2 full size desks. Want the 2 car attached garage. Please advise. Would you pay commission if I were to sell 300 homes in a Modular development.
