I owed a Clayton manufactured home and it was roomy, well made and after 20 years still looks great. I plan to purchase another one but in the modular home.
If this is 273, 000 i would purchase and put on my land. Like anything, you have to take care of it

I’ve actually owned two both mods though and love them. It is an absolute wonderful way to get a house set up and you living in it within 60 days versus six months to a year. Once your mod is set up, you can have it attached to the property and it’s essentially no longer a mobile home. Your title is not at the DMV and anybody who deals in this type of housing will know what that means.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The only thing wrong is the bedrooms are way too small! Every home needs plenty of storage space and walk in closets

Yeah they won't have to go there. Check out their videos but make sure you really check. Under the home sits on a metal frame but the wood frame rots 😢
