President Ramaphosa's security and SA journalists stuck in Poland

President Cyril Ramaphosa's security personnel and South African journalists have been stuck for hours at Warsaw Chopin Airport in Poland. They were meant to accompany the President during his trip to Russia and Ukraine. Polish authorities have threatened to confiscate weapons and equipment meant to protect the President during the Africa Peace Mission to the two warring countries.

Don’t have original permits on them in a foreign country. What are SA officials thinking. You can’t go through a roadblock in SA and give a photo copy of your drivers license or photocopy of your firearms license to the police officer - you will quickly face the harsh end of the law.

CONGRATULATIONS to Polish authorities for not allowing Cyril & his crew to land CONTAINERS of weapons to take with them into Poland - and beyond!! What CHEEK to think they can bring weapons of this quantity & extent into a foreign country - i am sure Polish security can more than adequately protect "foreign diplomats" in their country!! Any anyeay, who would waste bullets on itrelevant supposedly VIPs. This is what happens when you secretly supply Russia with weapons! BOGGLES THE MIND!!

This is what happens when the ANC does everything to show it aligns with Russia and then go to a country where they are opposing Russia. It is a pretty simple calculation. Also, I would like to know how much this chartered flight cost the SA tax payers? Why is the military not flying the Delegation?

Fairly predictable easy and safe procedures.

Anybody who has travelled Internationally will know that you need the original document. No country will allow you to enter with a copy of your passport or any other documents required. Most countries also want documents to be verified by the embassy in your country of the country you are visiting.
