Bernadette was not in the scene, but the episode when Penny is interviewing for a position at the pharmaceutical firm. The hiring manager quickly exposes that Penny has no meaning "technical qualifications." Penny says she only came to the interview because she was afraid of Bern. The manager then has a me too moment.
