A British actor Jared Harris was born in an artistic family in 1961. Due to the fact that his parents were involved in the filmmaking industry, Harris started pursuing a career in the same sphere, even though he didn’t want to be a movie star.
At first, he tried his skills as a director of a movie called Darkmoor in 1983. However, it didn’t show great results and Jared focused on acting. He debuted on a big screen in 1989 in a film The Rachel Papers. His acting talent was noticed and gradually he was invited to feature in many TV projects. The most well-known of which are: Chernobyl, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Lincoln, The Crown, Mad Men and dozens of others.

The father’s name is Richard and he was a talented actor with two Oscar nominations. In addition to that, he was a gifted musician with a couple of released albums and a Grammy Award. Richard was married to Elizabeth since 1957 till 1969. During this time they parented three children. In 2002 he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease and passed away that same year, aged 72.

The mother Elizabeth worked as an actress. After the divorce with Richard, she walked down the aisle thrice. The mother is very close with a stellar son and is very proud of all his achievements in the filmmaking world.

The famous actor has two brothers. Damian was welcomed in 1958 and he is the eldest among three siblings. It wouldn’t be surprising to say that he is also a member of the entertainment sphere, being a screenwriter and a director. As for his personal life, he tied the knot twice with Annabel Brooks being his first spouse with whom he has a daughter. His second wife is Peta Wilson with whom he has a son.

Jamie was delivered in 1963 and he is also an actor. In 2019 he got married to a woman named Bree.

Speaking of Harris’ personal life, he was married three times. In 1989 he walked Jacqueline Goldenberg down to the altar. This union didn’t last long. The divorce was finalized in early 1990s but its details were disclosed.

An actress Emilia Fox became Jared’s second wife in 2005. They met in 2003 and two years later tied the knot officially. In 2009 they filed for a divorce and within another year it was finalized.

Since 2013 and up till present moment, the actor has been happily married to Allegra Riggio. She is a former model, who is now dealing with design as well as hosting of TV shows. The two love birds started dating in 2009 and four years later got married. It is obvious that they are still madly in love and are always there for each other.

As for the kids, Jared Harries doesn’t have any. His second wife Emilia Fox was pregnant but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage.
