Why The Netherlands is insanely RICH but its CITIZENS are NOT

The Netherlands is constantly shown as a rich country due to its successful history of trade, gas exports, high-tech agricultural sector, and increasingly important semiconductor industry, but the country's GDP does not tell the full story. The citizens might actually not feel as rich as the country since they have to deal every day with increasing inflation, high taxes, and a housing shortage. How is the Netherlands insanely rich but their citizens are not?
