*"That soldier was Adolf Hitler. "*
That was the fastest plot twist in history.

I feel bad for Henry. He was a good person who did the right thing but it ended up costing millions of lives.

Henry must have been confused when he noticed 6, 000, 000+ assists on his scorecard

It wasn't his fault. Him not shooting an unarmed, wounded man shows that he's a good person. The lives of those lost was on Hitler, not Henry.

This story started sounding like a horror movie, then transitioned into a heartwarming story, and then you realize why he called it an unbelievable story

Imagine how guilty Henry would've felt that he knew he had the chance to kill a mass murderer but spared his life...

Edit: oh my gosh! I didn't realize this had so many likes, tysm!

Fun fact: Hitler had a portrait of this encounter up and when guests came over he would recognize the painting as “the man that saved his life so he could be where he is today”
Edit: A lot of you are commenting about this not being true or fabricated, you have to be so dumb, there is a link in the replies to a video proving this. Click it and watch 5 minutes before commenting any disbelief.

Don't blame Henry. Blame the one who didn't accept him into the art school.

The saying"no good deed goes unpunished" really hits hard here.

Henry: This guy looks so hurt. I'd feel bad killing him.
Also henry 20 years later: *maybe the points for getting an assist are worth it*
