Change is SO HARD. It’s a life earthquake of sorts, shaking you right to your core. It asks something of you. It requires you to shift the way you do things, and it creates uncertainty. (Which can make you feel like you’re coming unglued, and send you screaming back to your old way of doing things). If you’re flailing around in the change zone trying to figure out how to make it through, I can help. (And don’t worry. There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re totally normal flailing around in there.) You don’t have to let change slow you down, mix you up or make you miserable. Great perspective. I am absolutely in Stage 3 right now, and I sometimes secretly miss the old normal :) But I am going to persist to the next stage — Thanks for the inspiration!

Love, love, love! I had a change that I didn't exactly want, but that was needed. I've settled into my new normal, but sometimes regress back into the third stage. I don't want to be stuck...really, I don't. But sometimes I have a day (or two) of wallering.
