Very useful video, Can We deny users to manually access logs txt files to manually change it?

i logged on my laptop to domain but it does not create txt file with detail. but if i run the command copied for batch file in the same Domain controller in cmd then i can get txt files in shared log folder with the info that administrotor has logged on at so and so time. but why domain users are not reflecting in txt file?

If I want the security group to be captured in the login file, what variable do I use? Could I replace %computername% with something that grabs the security group instead? Thank you.
