CPG don’t dismiss doing something more “subtle” at 3 Jack. It could boost initial membership signups before they realize there’s no upcoming “Phase 2” to the iconic single-wide locker room. You’d be surprised at the buzz adding something like a food truck as a hazard can create in the community. Ask Miguel about that layout they use at the Juarez public course. It’s a memorable challenge dodging the stray small arms fire while you blast one over the smoking stove pipe of Juan Marquez’ shanty-based fajita joint on their 15th.
