Pure Gold. This happened to me last year. I immediately took my wife to the range the next day, get an extra large and “instructed” her for an hour. She was so frustrated she went to the cafe. Now she opts to “go for a walk” any time I ask if she wants to come with me to the range.

From experience, the married guy who golfs with his wife gets to golf much more, with and without her, than those of us who have a partner that does not golf. Many a time we have commiserated together wishing our wives golfed too. You will also get time with the boys, and she will get time with the girls and the club pro. At least I've learned not to try to teach her anything.
