Jokes on you, i can retire when i turn 70, otherwise i don't get full penance.

Also making living out of youtube or even money at all is 5 - 8 %. Meaning that 92 - 95 % of all channels on youtube will never make it.

Also fun fact: to get your dream job whatever that might be is 3%. So being youtuber and grind the content or trying to apply to your dream job is the same. In precentage. Both are cogc of machine, for failure is equal in both cases.

Am 58 retiring next year but the thought of retirement gives me weakness. My apologies to everyone who have retired and filing social security during this time after putting in all those years of work just to lose everything to a problem you never imagined to happen. It’s so difficult for people who are retired and have no savings or loved ones to fall back on.

I deeply regret WASTING 15 years of my life in a job I absolutely hated. What a waste of life. I retired 2 months ago at age 62. I had my critics, but I couldn’t give one f$&k what they think. The mental and physical changes even after only 2 months removed from that hell hole is unbelievable. The thought of ever going back is inconceivable.

In 2016 I made the decision to live the last 1/3 of my life doing what I love and being able to enjoy every summer to its fullest. I was already saving and investing. From that year, I begun saving/investing 65% of my net salary. In late 2019, I left the corporate world and moved to a beautiful Greek island and never looked back. It turned out that it was one of the two best decisions of my life. The other one, was to leave a long-term relationship where I was not appreciated and growing. Folks, our most valuable asset that we have control is our TIME. Last week I was enjoying an amazing sunset and literally broke into tears from joy and gratitude. Wishing everyone the very best!!

My ex husband of 23 years (my kids father) passed away suddenly at the age of 56yo this July from cardiac arrest. Didn’t make it to the hospital. We were devastated. I don’t have the financial means to retire now (im 53). Im planning to retire at 62 yo. In the meantime I am paying down all my debt and mortgage so i only have living expenses to worry about. Wish me luck. Love your message.

I retired at 58 then diagnosed with cancer at 60, I'm now 62 and in remission. You never know, retire asap, your mortality wake up call could be tomorrow, when that comes, it's life changing.

Retired at 48 and can't bring myself back to work. I have 2 life time streams of revenue and all it took to retire comfortably on my retirement is to live within my means. I cut out Starbucks, I prep meals and quit the expensive entertainment. I now do free entertainment like mountain biking, metal detecting along with others.

My wonderful stepdad saved, invested and planned for retirement. He was stuck to that hard number of 62. He died at 57 from a progressive form of MS, something he didn’t even know existed before it ruined his life. He was forced to retire early, only to spend the next few years getting worse until he died. He has set up my mom and even us through all of his hard work, but he’ll never get to enjoy it. This hard fact haunts me often. It has shifted the paradigm in my mind. I hope I can honor him in every experience we get to have❤

A study was done on Fortune 500 companies and their employees that draw a pension. Those that retired at 65 on average lived to 70 years old and those that took early retirement at 55 are still drawing on their pension well into their 80s. The findings are that your body cannot handle the stress levels from the age of 55-65…. So quit denying yourself that which you deserve and pull the pin. I quit at 40. Started our own company and retired at 52. Bought a motorcycle and do whatever we want

Am 43 yo and I just bought a huge house in the mountains in Veracruz Mexico, I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, where I live people is very friendly, there’s plenty of rivers and nature everywhere, services are super cheap, let’s say internet is $10 a month, hydro around $10 every 2 months. Am far from the city Xalapa which is 2 hrs from here and I just go there when need to buy stuff at Costco or whatever I need, I go there once a month and seriously am leaving the dream looks like. At the beginning was boring but then I started to enjoy it, specially there’s no crazy rules and is very calm up here. So, enjoy your life, God bless you

One of the best things to do especially as an older person whose not ready to be old yet is to grab 2 10 lb weights and start doing basic arm exercises. Then do basic leg squats off of a bed with about 40 lbs to start. Start with about 5 minutes for a few weeks then 10 mins. Then 15. You dont have to lift heavy weights to see great results. You will be surprised.

I’m 39 years old and just retired this month from 20 years in the military. My wife works full time and we don’t have any kids so we are very comfortable. Everyone keeps asking what I’m gonna do after the military and people say I’m crazy for just wanting to slow down and chill. My wife is cool with me chillin out. I collect a fat pension so I don’t really need to work again even though I’m able. Just because some people can’t afford to retire, they shouldn’t go tell everyone else not to retire. Good video. Life is short. Enjoy it.

It seems like almost every one of your videos hammers in the concept that time is precious. This video took a sledge hammer to it! No more wasting time.
