We malays wear pins and brooches to secure our hijabs or tudung (toodoong). And we always iron our tudung to straighten it but nowadays there are ironless tudungs, so the tudung will not have wrinkles or needed to be straightened.

The hair straightener hack is amazing! You don’t even have to take the hijab completely off and you can iron it!! The tape one is also neat—great for windy days or if you don’t want to poke holes in the hijab with pins! Thanks for the tips!
