Hair Struggles when wearing Hijab

I've been wearing hijab for 3 decades plus now. Most of my friends and if not all of my family members also wear the hijab.
I've never heard anybody have hair issues from wearing the hijab such as hair loss, dandruff, receding hairline ect. In fact after 3 decades my hair is still growing healthily despite childbirth and lactation, alhamdulillah.

I use silk scrunchie for my hair too.. It def relief some of the tension

Me and my whole family are wearing hijab for decades and no one has such problems. These hair problems are not because of wearing hijab. My grandma is wearing hijab since 5 or 6 decades and she still have beautiful tall hair

if you aren’t comfortable with the bonnet and like the coverage of a more traditional hijab, try a good silk undercap

Also, braid your hair, then make a bun with the braid. Braided hair is less likely to break in the long run.
