I have a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I'll tell what worked for me in managing it.
I ate less sugar and cooked at home with nutritious foods.
I also consumed nuts, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to stay cool.
I tried to relax and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every two days. I always tied up my hair and consumed a lot of water. I avoided touching my face too much. I stuck to my routine without missing a day.
