Discuss the basics of how to create and design an Ambient Chill song. The methods for composing an arrangement for this type of genre. This is an older video recorded about two years ago, from an older channel that had volume issues w/ my speaking voice. I was able to fix the low volume w/ normalization on some parts, but there are some where the music / drone sounds were drowning out my voice, so I tried bring back the voice w/ EQ as best as I could on those parts; so you can hear.

it would be cool if you could go more in-depth on the use of your plug-ins and more on the pad sounds. these sounds are perfect for what i need in the background of my tracks to fill up some of the empty space. great video though!

Really interesting stuff. I'm super into ambient music and I agree, there is nothing quite like it and it is so experimental. Have you heard of the Solfeggio frequencies? I'm trying to study it at the moment.

Not sure because I'm just getting back into making music but what I think you can do to get around the CPU problem (during the playback of your song...which sounds great BTW) is export your song to one audio file and just drop it in the timeline below all your tracks. That way, we still get an idea of where your instrumentation drops in/out during playback. Oh, and I think you have to lock your other tracks.Thanks for the vid !
