i would suggest to change the weber DGEV to DGV (to manual choke, thats why its running too rich when it is cold engine.) also the idle jets effect on light throttle and second idle jet is not that important but it has to be big enough so it wont stall the engine by getting too much air when it opens the secondary inlet (full throttle for example)
