Lomography 100 vs Kodak Portra 160

In this head to head battle, I put Lomography 100 up against Kodak Portra 160. I've been curious about how these two stocks compare for a while, and I decided to find out once and for all what the differences are. This video was a lot of fun to shoot, and gave me an opportunity experiment.

About this channel:

Yessss! I’ve long thought that for me Lomo 100 was superior to any of the Portras and this confirms that. Love this film comparison, would love to see more videos like this. Keep up the great work Talya!

Really great images regardless of the stock, your talent shines far brighter than any individual stock……but Lomo 100 bossed this battle!

Was super surprised to like Lomo more than P160 here. May have to try the film stock out.

I got my first SLR and it's an OM-4. Haven't seen much hype around it but I'm excited to try it. I really lucked out with it being in excellent condition and I'm hoping the metering still works well. I heard it's spot metering system is excellent. I'd also love to get an OM-1 someday
since it's got the advantage of being mechanical.

The Cyans are a bit weird on the p160. This is why I stopped self scanning p160 with my v600 and Silverfast, it’s hard to get it right 🙈 The Lomo shots are lovely - makes me want to shoot more Lomo
