Some corrections:
1. You're technically correct calling it "Paradise, Nevada"...but it's Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. Allegiant Stadium is costing $2 Billion.
3. SoFi Stadium's nearly $5 Billion cost includes the cost of all of its land and development (it'll be having about $3 Billion of residential and entertainment development around the stadium). The actual stadium itself is about $1.7 Billion. If you're talking about the stadium itself and not the entertainment district being built outside of the stadium, Allegiant Stadium is the most expensive one. You can't just compare the overall project costs considering they're practically building a mini city around the LA one and that's included in the project cost.
