excuse me sir I need help my york refrigerator often alarms. in 1 day it can be 6-7 times must reset the system again. the alarm is "low evap temperature". what is the solution sir? thank you

Sir, i have a question pls help.
Our chiller model is YCAA-B 170. With 4compressor (2 refri. circuit)
We find that chiller running only 2compressor always and show 2 of 2steps,
I have also check and confirm other 2compressor still no problems.
Have any setting parameter about compressor no. or steps? But i cannot find these 2 parameter even in services mode

System # 1 and System # 2 not showing parameters in display like suction temp; Sat suct. Temp; superheat; EEV all this are not showing in display of both system what is the problem can u help me chiller working but not showing parameters... all sensor are connected if any program setting can

There is Alarm Comes all together
Like
Circuit A Oil pressure transducer
Circuit A Economizer Transducer
Circuit A Loss of Communications with Fan Board A
Circuit A Loss of Communications with EXV
Circuit A Loss of Communications with Compressor A

Which alarm is comes for Circuit A same that Alarm comes for Circuit B also ....

Any setting or something else...

I have 2 ysaa chiller, the problem is both chiller running 5 min then going to timer i checked all parameters while running there is no problem with parameters
