One of my wires going to one of these solenoids are exposed and bare. Do u think that could cause a issue? I’m thinking about going to junkyard and getting new pair

I had a misfire determined it was the coil plug connectors so i replaced those and damages once of these connectors in the process unknowingly the misfire was fixed for a few start up then came back and that damaged connector is the only issue i can find. Is is likely it did damage to the motor?

Could this give me a p0016? I’m having long cranking at start up then it drives smooth but less power. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Would this cause a misfire/ intermittent compression reading, having a misfire with my Audi soon as it heats up its perfect I've done everything plugs coils injectors carbon clean, PCV valve diaphragm check my next step is to pull the head I suspect a burnt valve or cracked piston but after watching your video I began to wonder
