For Q19 both option 1 and option 3 are given correct now. NTA being NTA

In that biotechnology question the answer should be D & E and not B & C
Because for a gene of interest to be transmitted into progeny plasmid is necessary.
And without plasmid it will not become an integral part of host chromosome and hence will not be transmitted into the progeny.

Also gene of interest can't become part of host dna alone because it does not have "ori site".

this wheat stone bridge question of R1 set, none of the options are correct because the answer of the given circuital diagram is 2 microfarad which is given in all other sets but in my set it is given as .2 microfarad which is incorrect and caused confusion and I lost my time, figuring out my mistakes. And bonus marks were also not given
