I just recently moved into an office position in my company. For years and years I've worked outside in the sun or moonlight, around the living world. Being couped up in this office, my body sure appreciates it given how wrecked it is in my advancing age... but it's so lifeless.

I've never done much in the way of gardening or keeping plants or the like, but I'm going to give this a shot to brighten up my office and put some *life* in here. Thanks for your videos and the tips!

Really good to know about the overwatering and direct sunlight! I tried a terrarrium once and put a ton of water and had it sitting on my back porch, thinking that it'll really boost growth. I decided to give up on making a terrarium after that failed, but seeing this, now I feel better about what I can do.

@terrarium designs I'm taking notes! I commented on another video explaining that my oldest daughter is having her first baby soon and I'm wanting to create a terrarium for him and complete it the day he is born. I'm an avid gardener but I have no problem admitting where I don't know what I'm doing. Lol. Hopefully all this info and my preexisting knowledge will help me to get it right and create a living terrarium that will last for years. Thanks you so much! Hopefully these comments and likes will help get your videos out there. If you want my opinion, your channel should be much larger. Great information and beautiful presentation.

I’m confused. The moss I collet is totally wet, even sodden. So how can they be overwatered if they thrive in 100 wet conditions? Which leads me to my next question. I’ve built a closed paludarium that obviously has standing water at ballast level. The mosses seem to be fine, so why aren’t they naturally overwatered by the moisture content of the sealed glass container which must be at 100%RH? Love your videos and really enjoy making terrariums.😊
