Hey Shreyas, Just need a tip, I have great strength in the gym work out with heavy weights but I dont have the vascularity and leaness when it comes to my arms. I have swoll arms very minute cuts. More like a strongman than a shredded athlete. How to get my arms to be more vascular and shredded.
