I've been living in lake elsinore for four years now and I've seen both the good and the badside of rhe city. I live on the northside of the city near Amberhill and i love my community. All my neighbors are very nice. There are no HOAs and its not gated. We also don't have homelesss people wandering into our area becauwe everybody's house is well kept ( mine is the worst). It gets really hot during a few weeks in summer around noon but there would be a cool breeze coming by around 5pm that cools down the area and until the next day. For sure the east side of the lake is to not a great place because of the old houses and lack of new house development. Also, the heat from the mountain reflects back onto the homes in that area making it much more hot than usual.

Although it doesn’t seem to have the best rate in Riverside County I think this city will become one of the major places on I 15

I lived here in rhe early 90s till the 2000s and it looks the same the build around the city never fix or update the old communitys some streets have pot holes like the size of a sink they only ever show the new housing tracks look at the bird track the presidental track around the actual lake are just beat up. Not to mention the drug issues half of my friends I went to school are dead or burnt out its sad. But I have a bunch of memories I will always hold close to me. RIP to all of my friends and the kids who got Lost to this City.
