180(s - 2) = sum of interior angles where s = sides of the polygon.

Why not just keep it simple and show how any polygon can be divided into (n-2) triangles, so it will be (n-2) x 180 degrees ? And it would be a 1 minute video, instead of an excruciatingly painful and ultimately boring 10 minutes.
