I already had that set... but my numpad decimal is still producing commas instead of dots?!

my pastel keeps telling me that my decimal/thousand separators for numbers and currency formats are not the same although i have changed it according to this video. Does anybody else have any ideas what else is wrong that pastel keeps telling me this. Please assist. Thank you
