I had a neighbor - a famous cook - who would give 'tasting parties' periodically to pump her books/show. I came home one night to find my driveway blocked. I asked her nicely the first time to let her guests know not to park there and move the car. The second time I banged on her door to get the car moved and the third time I called the police and had it towed. She was sure in a fury but they never blocked my driveway blocked again.
