After sitting at a desk all day hunched over or even driving around or simply because you have poor posture and your shoulders roll forward, your tight across your chest and your neck muscles at the back are short and your chin pocks forward. This exercise is great for you.
Arm openings (aka book openings) will help to stretch the muscles across the chest. Predominately the “pecs”, but also the tightness around the shoulder joint (deltoids and rotator cuffs) and around the rib cage the obliques.
This exercise is so relaxing too. Watch it a few times and then give it a go for yourself.
