In PowerShell I received an invalid command error for "--set-version" when trying to complete this tutorial. Does anyone have any idea how to overcome this error?

Hi, so basically I have an issue with step 12 where I have to type < wsl --set-version Ubuntu-18.04 2 >. I have the 1909 Version.
PowerShell telling me that the command line is not valid...

It's necessary to have Hyper-V to use WSL 2. I have Windows 10 Home, so I can't use Hyper-V.
