Wish they’d credit the drivers. That’s my Subaru. Mods at the time were Cobb uppipe and downpipe. I believe the ford had intake and exhaust modified. Island isn’t the best track but it was a good race

My 2015 STi Limited is BONE STOCK and I ran a 2014 Mustang GT 5.0 just yesterday a couple highway runs from 55 and from 70 and it was pretty much as dead even as can be up to 110 - 115. I pulled him a little on the 70 mph run. The STi is hardly a pushover. I've ran dozens of Mustang GTs and this one was the only one that put up a fight. The 5.0 from yesterday had at least a decent exhaust system, so it was not bone stock either. And I'm new to the Subie community, my last ride before my Acura was a 450 HP LT4 Vette

Subie had a decent lunch but if the race was longer the mustang would eventually catch up... At the quarter mile the Stang was going 112 while the subie was doing 106

You could tell from the beginning that the Subaru was gonna win The guy in the mustang did not know how to properly do a burn out and heat his tires up.
