Foreign Secretary David Lammy to unveil 'world first' measure to stop people smugglers

David Lammy has been speaking to Sky News about a new "world first" sanctions regime to target people smugglers, choke off their funding, and stop small boat crossings.

The foreign secretary says he wants to "go after those who are smuggling people and the supply chains that they rely on".
