If you are a woman going through this phase of your life, whether you have the first signs of this challenge or have deeply entered the gateway of this transition, this seminar is for you.
Within our lectures, information will be provided concerning the topic of menopause, the challenges most women experience, and ways they can help themselves not only to feel better but also to achieve a breakthrough that potentially leads them to a new life and a new beginning.
We use exercises to identify and work on our emotions, recognize areas in our lives that need care, remember lost dreams and talents, and courageously look at aspects of the artificial self that need to be transcended. Also bring to light hidden fears and prejudices that prevent us from enjoying life and accepting the changes occurring in our bodies and psyche, which are necessary for the transformation we are experiencing and that we are called to embrace with understanding and tenderness.
Various types of breathing exercises will be taught to help ground us throughout the day and to address one of the main symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and insomnia, which cause additional anxiety and disturbance. We will also dedicate time to meditation, which can calm the body and connect us with our inner Self.
