Fall smoothie recipe!!! Happy Monday my friends we spent the weekend in the city with our toddler, only had 2 tantrums and all turned out okay 😂🥰 today I’m making a delicious pumpkin smoothie, this is a higher protein spin on my old pumpkin smoothie recipe from last year
Pumpkin spice smoothie ingredients:
* 1 frozen banana
* ½ cup pumpkin puree canned or fresh
* ½ cup vanilla yogurt (or a scoop of vanilla protein powder)
* ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
* ½ cup milk of choice
* handfull ice cubes
