How does one operate this on non level ground say around a building ? Does the base compensate up to a certain amount of slope ?

Sir whats the when jlg manlift travelled only 30 min.then when arrive to the site, stop the engine, then when start again hard starting, we need to wait 1 hour before the engine will start again..
