I have both 65 Flex and 85 and find it quite surprising the mic quality is much better on the 65 Flex (considering 6 vs. 10 mics). Seems many of the comments here also agree with 65 Flex. Thanks for doing these comparisons. I spent way too much time annoying my wife and colleagues asking, "Hey, is this better? Can you hear me well? On a scale from 1-10, how does this sound?" 😅

Evolve2 65 flex had the best performance. Sometimes a bit more robotic than the other mics. But I prefer to be a bit robotic than others hearing the blender or dogs barking 😅. However I would never blend during a call, maybe a espresso machine is a more realistic example. I owned the evolve2 65, sold it, the headband was hurting my big head... Evolve2 65 flex is really nice and soft, plus compact !

The Evolve2 65 flex sounded really good and has anc.
nice comparison. Thank you.

I just bought the Flex as I travel a lot for business and spend most of my days on Team Calls. It is very good for that purpose. Light weight, calls clear. I am very happy with purchase and I carry several headsets for different needs (airpods pro for the commute, Bose 700 for flights, Jabra 65 flex for in office). The downsides that I see are the ANC is really not much, and far far off my airpods pro or Bose 700). If I was in a loud environment I would prefer the others (although maybe the 65 is better for the listener - I have had problems with the airpods and Bose on this). This is probably also linked to the light weight and minimal passive blocking. I am actually happy with that as I do not work with a blender, so a little ANC to take the edge off background noise is useful but they would not be great in a noisy environment. Secondly the connection management is decidely dodgy. For voice it is super. It links to your computer and phone like a limpet mine and does not let go ....Great for calls, BUT if you are trying to stream music, and a call comes in it cancels the music and you cannot restart it (You can see it playing, but no noise). Fine for me as I am not someone who plays music while working and I appreciate a good phone system, but if you want something for both music and calls this is something that does not work well. Hopefully they will sort out with a firmware update as there are plenty of complaints on this online and it was not the case on my earlier JABRA models. It may be better if you connect to your computer using bluetooth, instead of dongle, but I would not recommend this as I have tried in the past with an older model and the call quality deteriorated a lot. The dongle does more than you think. SUMMARSING: Great lightweight office headphones. Just dont get it if you want strong ANC (eg on the train, or work in a factory) or want to listen to music and take calls on your computer. Decide your compromises. I dont think they can fix ANC (decide if you want a heavier headphone eg 75 or 85) but watch out for firmware updates that will probably improve connectivity.

Am I the only one being absolutely impressed by the mic quality of the Evolve2 55 ? Great review guys!

I also noticed the 2 65 and the 2 85 [the oldest headsets] don't employ a noise gate once you stop talking so you still hear the environment [muffled though] when you stop talking. I never liked noise gates because you almost have to say "hey" before you start actually talking else they may miss your initial word [like a person's name if your addressing them

Sorry, but the Jabra Evolve 2 75 has horrible noise cancellation I am not exactly sure how you got it to cancel anything. I was so disappointed with this headset. I tried upgrading the firmware and resetting it. I wish you would do the mic test without using team viewer or other software that has noise-canceling features so we know what to expect from just the headset. Now I'm just trying to resell my Jabra 2 75 so I can recoup the loss.

10:20 WOW thanks for thest tests. Exactly what I need. I work in a shared office and don't want other peoples voice (and other sounds) going in my mic :)

Great review! I’ve had both evolve 2 65 and later upgraded to evolve 2 75. Both great headsets but do prefer 75 as it has ANC.

A little torn between getting Jabra Evolve2 55 or 65 Flex. Folding design is cool but unimportant for me. Price difference is unimportant to me. I spend a long time on conference calls some days.

It seems like if I go 55 I get more comfort while if I go 65 Flex I get better battery life, better-sounding music. Are there other notable factors I'm missing?

Si esta no es la mejor review de headsets de la historia, no sé cuál podría ser. Gracias @HeadsetAdvisor

Your results are sole reasons why I went with the Evolve2 65 Flex.
I just can't understand how the 75 and 85 sound so much worse with heavy background noise.

I liked the 55 and 65 flex the best. In the office I'd use the 55. If im traveling 65 flex.

Thanks for the review!
I've noticed even the most expensive wireless offering doesn't have mic sound as clear as inexpensive wired mics have. Are there any alternatives, with a custom wireless channel maybe?

Thank you for the review. I hope Jabra will implement setting for noice gate level on 65 flex.

Great video thank you. Does the once with ANC has an low static sound in the background when it's just connected without music and such ? The once in ears has and that gives me a headache so I am curios to know if these over head/on ear has that as well ?
