When I seen Tom's first press conference something was a little off with him, now I know that it was an overwhelming experience for him. Now you can see he is more comfortable, and his smile is legit. AP was 💯 with the smiling coming in the building. I have a feeling that the Raiders are gonna be nice this season.

Being a Raiders Fan, Ive seen a revolving door with coaches and management for so many years, Its hard to build a winning team without continuity between the two areas, The obvious needs for this team are endless in all areas. A QB would be my first move, And protecting the QB would be my second. My third move is to convince Mark Davis to not have anything to do but watch this team evolve without him having anything to say about it.
