Even though I love all of your recipes with chicken, beef, etc., this one was much needed! A refreshing change of pace especially in Ramadan where it's easier to be overwhelmed eating heavy meals immediately after breaking fast 👍

You can soak the chopped red onion in cold water for a while before putting into your salad. It cuts the tear gas and leaves the sweetness. So good!
This whole fatoush looks delicious!

Oh god this dish Fatosh salad reminded me of my Syrian neighbor back in the days I know this dish along with egg eiggah I miss the taste the smell with the smile of my my long gone lovely neighbor ❤

I’m not Muslim. However, we Catholics have Lent. During this time, we reflect on ourselves and we try to either take away some things from our lives or add some things to better ourselves. My dad is avoiding alcohol. I’m avoiding red meat during the weekdays trying to be healthier, and working on my ADHD. Different practices, but the same principles.
