we have a similar dish here in Serbia ! only thing that's different is that we slightly sauté the beef and rice before stuffing the pepper

I love this recipe, I live in Egypt so we call them “mahshy” however my favorites are grape leaves rolled up in rice THEY TASTE AMAZING. Would love to see them in your new Ramadan series🥰

In Turkiye, we have an almost same food called "Dolma". Which is comes from the verb 'Stuff' (Doldurmak) They are basicly the same but we generally don't put meat in it. Instead my mom used to put some bulgur. ( a kind of legume) The taste is amazing and everyone should try it. I'm sure that this one will taste amazing too!
